The apartment is perfectly located on the 2nd floor WITH ELEVATOR. This 55m2 (590 sq ft) space has a good floor plan optimally redesigned. All the typical Parisian features of this 1850's apartment have been preserved: original oak floor boards, clay tiles, marble fire place and classic French windows that open to a calm, spacious court yard.
It has a separate kitchen and separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized with classic glassware, cookware and all new white china. It is a joy to cook the local market produce and you will save an enormous amount being able to prepare your own meals.
The bathroom, which is large by Paris standards, has been completely remodeled and re-tiled. There is a second toilet so that the apartment will comfortably accommodate two couples or a larger family. VERY FEW Paris apartments have 2 WCs. Included in the bathroom is a new washer and separate dryer.
For the two bedrooms, quality linens are provided. There is a queen sized bed 160cm x 200cm (63 x 79 in) in the Master bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 King singles 90cm x 200cm (35 x 79 in) which can be joined together to make a King double.
There are two phone lines. The 09 line allows unlimited phone calls to the US and Canada and some other countries.
